I saw many reviews talking about poor sound so I was ready for that, however the sound is excellent on mine! In fact, it can blow you out! I really enjoyed how on my NuCamp RV it was a straight up plug and play replacement. All the mounting screws and everything else just fit right in as well! It took 5 minutes to replace the old TV with no muss no fuss! Even the power cord from the Jenson 19 inch it replaced worked! Since that runs through the wall I was worried I might have to change it because god knows every vender has to have their own proprietary power plugs now-a-days! :) Sylvox works and plays well with others so I was thrilled!

Bought for a bedroom, where a smaller TV was needed. Very nice TV, with good picture and sound, but setting it up was not easy, so deducted a review point. Would have preferred to just turn it on, and tune to Xfinity, but no, had to go through a lengthy set-up. The other thing to warn is that this TV really is made for a RV, as it works via an adapter. It works in a home, just a bit odd.

I hav my Rv guy install this tv in my trailer. I’m getting ready to go on a trip so I decided to turn it on and get it programmed. I was in the middle of programming it in the entire TV shut off and went dead. The outlets work, the television is just totally dead. I’m beyond my return with Amazon. I think I’m stuck with a stupid television that doesn’t work.

Wonderful television, all the options one would need. Easy to use, clear functions... navigation made easy! Only drawback is that the response time when clicking the remote is slower than desired!

Nice tv finally got it installed works great

I bought this for my wife to replace an older TV. She complained that the unit "buzzed" in the middle of the night randomly throughout the night and work her up. I contacted the manufacturer and they were very pleasant and explained it was the DVD player starting up and suggested that she turn it off at night. She did, and it still buzzed. They then wanted her to record the buzzing so they could trouble shoot it, but it only buzzed enough to wake her up so that did not seem practical. In the end, I returned it to Amazon without any difficulty and replaced it with one without a DVD player. Otherwise, the TV was great; it had a very good picture and decent sound. I'm sorry it did not work out.

This is a replacement review. The first one I sent back was because the USB ports were not lined up with the case holes and I couldn't insert USB cables in them. And a corner of the little panel covering them would not stay clicked in. The second tv had the same issue, but at least the panel appeared to be fastened solidly and I could insert USB cables. The software seems a little laggy and it sounds like an old tv. But I've hooked up a Roku streambar and all is better. The picture is fantastic. I haven't tried to run it on 12 volt yet or the dvd, but will soon as we be going camping next month.
