Love this book!! Lots and lots of high images. Highly recommend

I'm a sucker for well-done infographics and trivia — this beautiful book has the best of both worlds! Although I bought it for my 10-year-old, my partner and I find ourselves referencing it frequently! The binding is sturdy and attractive, while the book is an impressive size. Taschen never fails to deliver!

Das Buch enthält eine Fülle von Themen mit fantastischen Visualisierungen komplexer Zusammenhänge. Eine großartige Inspirationsquelle, für alle, die sich mit Visualisierung befassen. Und für die anderen auch - aufgrund der breit gefächerten Sachgebiete.

I purchased this as a little present for myself after it failed to materialise in my Christmas presents... This is a superb book. I don't quite know how to categorise it... it's too heavy to be a coffee table book and doesn't seem right putting it on the bookshelf with novels. So, it has a space of it's own in my living room. Each page is presented in an interesting and colourful way; the detail and outlay is extraordinary. It's something that keeps you entertained for hours. My only gripe is that it seems to be a little America-heavy in some of the breakdowns, but other than that it is fascinating. It's perfect as a present for a loved one, although you might need to choose wisely, as this won't be everyone's cup of tea! I'm sure there's an infographic about present-buying...
