Does what is is supposed to do and does it well!
Works great. Keeps coffee warm for hours. Will try with chilled brinks when it gets warmer. So far would recommend.

Working good after a replacement
I bought this coffee dispenser due to the large number of good reviews. But it didn't work well for me. Two things I don't really like about this coffee dispenser: 1. It doesn't hold hot temperature long enough. 2. Kind of difficult to open the lid. Edited update: The company reached out to me and sent a replacement. This one I can open without difficult. And it does hold the hot water temperature better than the last one I got. I am happy with the new replacement. But I am more impressed with manufacturer's customer service. The original one I got was not horrible, but just little below my expectation, so I gave it a neutral 3-start rating and I did not ask the manufacturer for a replacement, but their customer service was proactive and reached to me to address my concern. And the new replacement is working good after almost a week of usage. So I am upgrading the rating of the product from 3 -star to 5-star. I am glad that Amazon has this kind of sellers stand behind their products.

So far, so good.
We bought two of these, and they’re holding up just fine after a few months of use. We preheat the pots with hot water and are pleased that we’re able to serve a piping hot coffee for quite a while. They’re easy enough to clean, but because of their height, a wide sink or a deep sink makes the job easier. So far, after only using them for a few months, I would say that I would consider buying these again.
