Perfect purchase
Perfect, just what I needed. You can rely on Dangerfield products. Have and will conquer to order and recommend others to do so.

New improved feeler tool
So the description doesn't match the item. What you will get are two 0.18mm feelers (supplier has confirmed this). The thinner the better so these are better than the 0.25 and 0.35mm noted in the listing. Down side is you get two the same. These are well up to the job and don't bend unless forced but do need the supplied case so they don't get damaged.

Decoding
Handy little knives for decoding wheel combination locks. Good make. Like most locksmith tools not really cheap!

Fine tools will need looking after but work well from my experience
I'm only just starting out on a bit of a journey of playing with locks but these are some pretty good tools. Dangerfield seem to come recommended which is good, and they are certainly very fine/thin picks that easily get into the gaps of the combination wheels. Being thin they are also helpful in feeling the movements internally which is also important for learning. While they are thin, they are still fairly solid in construction which is also handy, but you will need to look after them to avoid bending them. I think they are pretty good, but more expert people might have a different view. The only downside, is that it seems they used to come with a case, which they don't which is a bit of a shame.

Didn't work for me, but maybe better for others.
I've tried these Dangerfield Lock Picks on a few combination locks and I didn't have any luck using these tools. Don't get me wrong I've been picking locks for decades, ever since I was a child and I find it therapeutical. I've watched some YouTube videos and I understand how these picks are meant to work on combination locks, but I can pick combination locks without any tools in minutes but I get nowhere with these lock picks. Logic would suggest that the problem is with my technique, but as I am scoring them according to my own experience I think it fair to award a neutral score of 3 stars.

Top quality picks that work
This is a review of the Dangerfield Lock picks for Combination Locks - Dial/Wheel Locks and Padlocks - Professional Set. Which were priced at £14.99 at the time of posting this review. They do not come with instructions but there’s plenty of independent information available online. I enjoy lock picking as a pastime when at home. I find taking a lock and opening it to be quite satisfying, but I’d never tried combination locks before and was unaware specialist picks were available for them. I already own several Dangerfield practice locks and lock picks so I’m well aware of their reputation as being one of the top manufacturers of quality equipment. These picks are very thin which is exactly what’s needed to slide them between the dials on a combination lock. A little care is required to ensure they don’t bend but they are certainly up to the job. With practice I have been able to find the combination on a couple of old 3-dial locks most of the time. Next step will be to borrow 4-dial locks and see how I get on with them. These Dangerfield combination lock picks are, like the rest of the Dangerfield range, top professional quality.

perfect for my lock pick set... for personally owned locks only.
works perfectly and are very easy to use at opening my personal combination pad locks. on every lock i have tested them, that i own, they have done the job better than a shim made of a tin can. strong and should be good for years... for opening my personal locks.
