Hello Jane, ingredients on the Saucisson are as follows:- lean port and lard, boar (20%) salt, skimmed milk powder, wheat, dextrose, spices, conservatives (potassium nitrate), ripening, ferments, natural pork casing, dusting powder (talc, calcium carbonate, and potassium sorbate. What is the sell by date?

Usually 6 months after purchase, but I have eaten well after SBD and still a great taste and I remain alive.....

Is the meat in this wild boar saucisson 100% wild boar meat? are there any other-types of animal-meats mixed-in with the boar-meat? thank you.

No I think there is very little wild boar in it, still tastes very good but I was a bit disappointed to see how little boar meat was in it, I think it's mixed with normal pork

Best Wild Boar sausage on Amazon?

I have bought this one several times and would prefer it over the other wild boar products on Amazon. It is not cheap but the taste is very good and it is easy to carve.

Mouthwateringly good!

This should be a staple for anyone's charcuterie board. It has a delicious flavour and has quite a soft texture compared to other saucisson sec, a must have.
