It’s big!
A big, very big, nail file. Quite coarse but very tough looking. Not used it much so far, not for the faint hearted.

Long fine file. Great for toenails.
Great to reach toenails, long + fine grade. Used to deal with ingrowing toenails which is tricky with arthritis. Rounded end is useful to gently remove any spikes left from cutting nails.

Adding this review as I'm back to buy another one. Got one January 2020 and it's great. Buying this to keep in case the first gets dull.

Not fit for purpose
There are many similar looking products on the market. I chose this because of price and the fact that I did not need a smaller additional file that many come with. Within a couple of minutes use on a big toenail, what little abrasive surface of the file in the first place had gone completely smooth, with very little effect on my nail. Totally inadequate so beware! Item is non-returnable but fortunately Amazon provided a refund.
