Love these. I've worn Always most of my and I'm 47, but about 5 years ago I began to notice that I would chafe after wearing. So I began to look for a better less itchy pad. Love the length, and although thin it holds well and I feel secure. Plus no Irritation which is key! And I got these at a wonderful price. Would order again

The U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Overnight Pads are excellent for heavy flow nights. They’re thin and comfortable, yet super absorbent I never have to worry about leaks. The wings keep the pad securely in place, even while sleeping, and the design is flexible enough to move with me without bunching up. I also appreciate that they’re unscented, so they don’t cause any irritation. Even though they’re “ultra thin,” they still provide full coverage and peace of mind throughout the night. With 38 pads in the box, it’s a great value for the quality and reliability. If you’re looking for overnight pads that are comfortable, discreet, and protective, these are a must-have.

Super comfortable and absorbent

I was using always infinity for a long time until I started really paying attention to just how short of a time these pads stay adhered to my panties. I was not even wearing thongs, just regular bikini cut or boyshort cut panties. So then, I started realizing they were always falling off! I wear lacy panties so I thought this would be the issue but no, it's just the fact that infinity just does not make good adhesives. These pads stay on for however long I keep it on. I always change my pad or tampon every time I use the restroom, so I don't get to 6-8 hours. I change it every... 30mins to 1 hour. Maybe 2 hours at most. The longevity of this product is good, great absorption, and it does not irritate my pH balance. I'm sure they are made with dangerous chemicals as they are a conventional women's product company and they are not known for using 100% organic natural cotton products, but I don't really care at this point. Everything has got a proposition warning. I've used the honey pot which are my favorite pads ever, but if the adhesive does not adhere well... I don't want to be bothered with them. And almost every single pad-- no, actually EVERY single pad I have used except for these do not stay stuck to my panties without shifting or falling off and then I am bleeding in my panties. That's no bueno.

Honestly, I prefer these to the Always brand pads. I was using Always since I was a teen. And at 32 years old, I switched because these were half the price and will never go back. The only issue would be that the tape tends to stick to my underwear when removing them., but the quality of the actual pad is so great that it's not enough to remove a star for. And it holds without spilling, and my periods are HEAVY.

This is my favorite pad, and it’s getting harder to find in store. They’re thin where it doesn’t let bulk up my underwear, but holds a lot. They’re also long, which I appreciate.

This product is okay for daytime when you can go to bathroom every 2-3 hours. In the cases of gushing , does not contain fluids. I keep trying to find the perfect pad unsuccessful. Do not recommend for nighttime use.

Great due everyday and at night. A nice long liner that gets it all! Little wings help it stay in place, not uncomfortable or bulky!

This was my first time buying these pads. I used to buy Always Overnight. I wanted to try these for a while now and for the price and the amount you get I couldn’t go wrong. I have heavy periods so I use Overnight pads all the time. I wasn’t sure about it being so thin, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. I haven’t had any leaks even when I thought for sure I was going to. I love that they’re soft and thin. It’s comfortable and feels like I’m not wearing pads at all. I have had a few that have started to come apart after only wearing them for a short period of time (1/2 hour-1 hour), but it still does the job. I also wish there was a better way to reseal them afterward. The stickiness on the wrapper is decent enough if you strike lucky opening it (which I have rarely done). For me it usually ends up on the other half and makes it impossible for me to use the wrapper to dispose of the used pads. I’ve just been using scotch tape to seal it. I love that it’s 3 boxes because it allows you to put them in different places so you have them anytime you need them. Because they’re thin, you can easily fit many into a purse, backpack or period kit. The cardboard box mine shipped in (not amazon) actually wasn’t obvious that it’s a U By Kotex box (just a small label in the corner) allowing for somewhat discreet delivery. Overall I’m really happy that I purchased these and I think I have permanently switched from Always to U by Kotex

This is probably my most purchased and re-purchased item from Amazon. I found these randomly years ago in store and then the packaging kept changing and I was buying the wrong thing. So, I decided to take a photo of the barcode and see if they were available on Amazon (that must have been like a decade ago) and I have been buying them here every since. The pads are long, they cover me fully and I can sleep in them without leaks, they hold a lot of menstrual blood and I have never been in discomfort from smell or them shifting. They have wings, too, that stay stuck to your underwear. I haven't used any other pads since.
