Brought these as a birthday present for a 12 year old. I was very pleasantly surprised. They are not the biggest so bear that in mind if an adult but they are not tiny! Really good quality items. Great value for money, a good standard sound quality. Vibrant colour. Quite difficult to get the hang of the settings to start with. one disappointment is it doesn’t come with a connector as pictured so there was a little Darth maul disappointment from the recipient. They hold the charge really well and are fairly durable as have taken a bit of a bashing and are currently still going. Not the best ones you can buy in the market but for the price they are very good.

I ordered these for my Star Wars fanatic son, who wanted to buy two lightsabers with his birthday money so he could have duels with his brother or become Darth Maul going solo. When we first received the product, they were well packaged and really easy to assemble, even my son understood how to attach the blades to the hilt and work the controls. The lights and sounds were great for the price we paid. The sounds are a little fuzzy but it really didn’t bother us and my son was just over the moon that they seemed realistic enough. Great when making contact with something as though you are actually in battle and he loved being able to choose the different colours. Unfortunately for us, after charging them with the chargers provided, they seem to of broke. They managed to turn on lights included, but then proceeded to make this awful beeping noise that we couldn’t stop no matter what buttons we pressed. I’m not sure if this was a fault in the hilts or if the chargers provided caused them to become damaged? Nevertheless, the return process was really easy and I’ve ordered them again, so we’re keeping our fingers crossed that the next set we receive doesn’t have the same problem. Otherwise I’ll have a very disappointed son who will have to save up for a longer period to purchase a more expensive set.

Enjoying my lightsaber duels with my son with these! Love that you can change the colours of the sabres so you can be a Jedi or a Sith! The colours are really vibrant and some cool sound design to match. At this price point you can’t go wrong - yes there will be better ones out there but they’ll cost a lot more! Much better than the cheap plastic ones you buy in shops! Excited for more duels even if I am getting hit on the shin every once in a while!

Initially these seemed great. Excellent colours and sounds. Realistic. Easy to charge. Reported 1 was over-heating after 5-10mins use. Company's only advice was turn off for few mins then use. They should not overheat so quickly and was so hot that in my opinion it was potentially a fire hazard. Since then, the end of each of these has detached exposing wires and 1 of the sound wires has detached. Perhaps we have been unlucky. Returning for a refund.

Product came, over all frame is sturdy and well built, light work well, not best quality of sound or motion detection but good for price

Good purchase but one of them after one charge doesn’t charge up again so bit disappointed as they join together so you can do Darth Maul staff sabre which is why I bought them for my son but only one side lights up but he likes it but not as much as if they both worked!! Amazon please send me another one!!

So what do you buy a 21 year old and 50 year old who have very close birthdays? This was the answer! They are fantastic fun and well built. So far they they are standing up well to some full on duelling. Look fantastic in the dark. The fact they combine also adds a different option if the dark side takes your fancy.
