Is this lactose & sucrose free?

Lactose free from my understanding.It has mild sugar base (not sure if sucrose). This will not effect any sugar high or law.

These tablets are not dissolving under the tongue as advised, is there something wrong with my batch?

No there won't be anything wrong I would think - advice (from a homeopath) with remedies - it is ok to 'chomp'. They work well I find. Arnica is brilliant for any body 'shock' - including aches, pains and similar problems but that's just my experience. Avoid mints and coffee (decaff I find is ok) for a while whilst taking homeopathic remedies. Underestimated remedy!

How many c are these tablets? are they 30c, i can't find anywhere that tells you. tks

The drug strength appears after the name with a numeral followed by an X or C. Since X is the Roman numeral for 10, a 6X potency states that the drug has been diluted at a ratio of 1 to 10 and succussed for a total of six times. In C terms, the concentration ratio is 1 to 100 (C is the Roman numeral for 100).
