We have teens and they seem to love participating in board games with their peers. I think that these are great for the price we pay, and the quality is great. The age group does not seem to apply here, and we all have had a great time playing them. It was easy instructions and was easy to learn to play. We keep all of our games in a large storage cabinet, and this fits in so perfectly so i would say that the storage capacity is perfect.

I bought the Monopoly Super Mario Edition by Hasbro Gaming for my 5-year-old son, who is a huge Super Mario fan. He was spending a lot of time playing video games and on his tablet, so I wanted to find something fun we could do together that didn't involve screens. This game turned out to be the perfect choice! The game is a great mix of the classic Monopoly that we all know and love with the fun and colorful Super Mario world. The characters, themed properties, and power-ups are all designed so well. The game pieces are high quality, and the board is bright and really draws you in. My son picked up the rules pretty quickly, and we had a blast playing it as a family. The power-up cards and Super Star spaces add some exciting twists, which kept the game interesting and fun for all of us. It was so nice to see him excited and engaged, and it definitely helped get him away from his tablet for a while. This version of Monopoly is great because it keeps both kids and adults entertained. The game moves along at a good pace, so no one gets bored. The different abilities of each character also add a fresh strategy to the game, making it feel new and exciting even for those of us who have played Monopoly for years. Overall, I think the Monopoly Super Mario Edition is a fantastic addition to any board game collection, especially if you have young Super Mario fans at home. My child loved it! It arrived without its plastic envelope, but it’s complete and in perfect, brand-new condition.

This was a Christmas gift for my 13 year old son, but it would suit younger players too. It is much simpler to play than "real" monopoly, having fewer spaces on the board and less complicated rules. We played it as a family with me (45), my daughter (16 and 10), and my sons (13 and 11). Everyone could understand, but it was still competitive enough that the older kids did not get bored. I love that Bowser circles the board and can mess up players or take their money. The one drawback is that if you get too far behind in coins, it seems impossible to catch up. There is a rule that if you land on an available property, you HAVE to buy it. Depending on how you roll, this can use up all your money early on. Then you can't pay rent, have to mortgage your properties, and can't collect rent to pay them off. Still, it is fun to play.

Purchased this game as a birthday gift for my 8 year old. Was a little bit of a learning curve since it doesn’t follow traditional monopoly rules, but was easy to catch on to for adults and for my son. He liked the Mario theme of the gameplay. Only negative is that once you’re into the game far enough to own all the properties, you basically are just landing on one another’s properties until someone goes broke (which is the case in regular monopoly) but also battling the Bowser character, which slows the game even further. My 8 year old didn’t seem to mind; but we definitely didn’t make it all the way through to the end before his attention wore out. However, he has gone back to the game to play several times and manages to play with his 5 year old brother even.

It was a birthday gift for a huge Mario fan. It'll be a collectors item.

Good game for us to spend a fun gaming night. It's based on Mario theme and playing it somewhat reminds me of Mario Party series on NS. Still nice and fun, highly recommend to monopoly players.
