Can’t say enough about these plants. They were perfectly rapped & all healthy roots. I also got 2 orders at the same time from a big box store (2 orders of 10 roots each) which not one survived. And all 10 that I got from here are growing like mad. I know where I will be ordering my strawberry’s from now on.

Plants arrived as stated, actually received 14 instead of ten. Planted today, I am optimistic they will do well. Not at all unhappy about the experience given I have never ordered anything alive on Amazon😊 don't worry the planters are screwed down.

I got these in the mail a few weeks ago now and I did exactly as the instructions said. I soaked them in water for longer just because they looked so bad, I figured maybe they would drink it up. I come back after an hour or so and they still looked the same. Dirty, brown, and dead. I ended up planting them and from what I can see...they just are not coming back. I am not saying don't buy these...I am just saying be careful because yours may also be dead.

So far so good. Plants arrived in good condition. I ordered 10 plants and I was sent 15 so wow that was really cool of the seller to do.

I ordered 10 roots and was pleasantly surprised to receive 13! Every single one arrived alive and healthy. I’m so impressed with the quality and the care taken in packaging. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

10 Jewel strawberry crowns arrived quickly and in great shape. They are very healthy plants, and that makes me a very satisfied customer.

They were not as healthy as the ones ordered last year. Only a few of them are still thriving. They were all planted at the same time and in the same soil.

Got a couple of extras since some plants are smaller than others. They look healthy. 4 stars rather than 5 for one reason: Plants are only guaranteed if you plant according to their guide. They recommend hardwood mulch or fabric. I deliberately picked a variety grown by commercial growers in my state, and NOBODY here uses wood mulch. They use straw (I have some from a pesticide free source, knew the farmer who baled it) or black plastic. I got that information ragarding mulch from the Extension service in my state. So I will do what growers in my area do and lose the guarantee. Just be aware of this policy prior to purchasing, planting guarantee information is available on their website. UPDATE: Despite cool rainy weather ALL plants are doing well! I had been afraid the wet, cool weather might cause me to lose some plants, but so far no sign of disease. I would buy again if I needed more plants.
