Omega 3 for Dogs - Fish Oil for Dogs Chews - Skin and Coat Supplement

These supplements really work. I have a coonhound & a chiweenie and they both shed - BIG TIME. However, after taking these supplement for about 5 days, I could see a huge difference in shedding around the house. Also, my coonhound is NOT itching anymore. Both dogs coats look beautiful!

What a great product. I cook fresh food for my dog. I felt he needed additional vitamins. I found this product with all necessary vitamins. I only give one chewy with a meal. I know a new product can be strong for my dogs stomach so I go easy. So far my dog is feeling very good. He sleeps well and is playful. I also give my dog a probiotic chewy along with turkey tail and mushroom . I give turkey tail because he has a small lipomas. Begnin fatty bump. Once bump is dissolved I will stop turkey tail chewy. The probiotic is necessary it helps his digestion. I take a probiotic everyday so why not my dog? The taste must be good because my dog eats all his food. I feed him mostly chicken baked. Once a week a plain beef burger.

I as a rule, I do *NOT* leave reviews because I'm offered something. In this case, the product does work, so I can, in good conscience, leave a review. We've been using it for almost a month and out dog's coat has noticeably improved. I'm not sure about her skin yet. I'm still noticing some flaking from dryness, but she has completely stopped the scratching and biting herself. The itchiness seems to have stopped entirely. I'd give this product 4.5 out of five, but Amazon doesn't allow for those gradations in their review rating system. So I've marked it as a four, only because of the flakiness I'm still seeing. If the flakiness improves, I'll revise this to a five star review. I think there's a good chance this may happen, as I continue to give this to her, as it's only been approximately one month. Oh it asks you to rate "features" one of which is flavor. I can't speak to flavor, but our dog eats them without any problem, so I assume she finds the taste to be good. All in all, it is an effective product. Her coat is much more shiny than it was, as well as softer. As I mentioned, the scratching and chewing has stopped entirely. It's priced reasonably, so for all these reasons, I can honestly recommend the product, regardless of any incentive. If the product hadn't produced noticeable results, and hadn't produced such positive results, I would have just thrown the card in the recycling bin. I'm not going to post a dishonest review just to receive something for free.

These are so much better than the previous brand I was getting. My dogs actually love the taste!

So far I’ve only used one bottle and I ordered a second bottle I figure it takes awhile to start working. So far haven’t seen any change he still has allergies and some dander. As for hair shedding I see some difference but he’s a Rottie and we do deshed him every other day so I don’t know if it’s the supplements or our grooming but he does love the taste.

I’ve been using this supplement to help with my dog’s constant scratching, and I think it’s been making a difference. She doesn’t have fleas, and the vet confirmed that the hair loss around her eyes is due to allergies. While I can’t say for sure that this is the cure-all, I believe the combination of supplements I’m using, including this one, is definitely helping with her skin issues. The chews are easy to administer, and she seems to enjoy them. Overall, it seems to be a helpful addition to her routine for relieving itchiness and promoting healthier skin and coat.

Gave as directed for 30 days: 15 pound dog, two per day. Her scratching did not stop, but wasn't extreme. Then after three weeks he skin flared up and the scratching and biting was constant. Her skin became raw and bleeding under her neck and bright red under her front leg. Belly very pink as well. Now that I've read the reviews, I see that this is a side effect others have seen. I believe due to this stress, she is eating only about half her normal food, and wants to hide and sleep all day. As far as the product itself, the chews are soft but my dog is not a fan of them. She will eat them when I persist, but otherwise she just ignores them and walks away. Up until this point she has been happy and healthy other than the scratching.

Unfortunately, my dog's rash got even worse after giving this supplement. Didn't work for us, something is inside that her body didn't like. :(

Do NOT buy. I don't know why the Singapore customs seized the product and it was not allowed to be delivered. Such a bad experience as this product is expensive!!
