Bought these for timing/watching Free Flight Model aircraft,I have had a similar pair for years and wanted to update as my old ones were getting tatty.All I can say is they are great value for money,a clear vision,and trust me you can see a distance,and compass can be useful.All in all ,for the price I don't think you could be let down...Very Good Product.

A great pair of binoculars; I particularly like the compass function. Quite heavy at over a kilo, so you wouldn't wish to take them on a long walk. Only one disappointment: the included strap is a bright yellow and thus doesn't match the colour of the main product. Unusually there doesn't appear to be any calibration for the compass. There is an independent focus adjustment for each eyepiece, unlike smaller binoculars. All in all good value for the money.

Really pleased with these for use on our boat. Clear image. They feel robust. Only criticism is that the larger lens caps don't really stay on the. The clips don't appear to work but as they come with a decent carry case its not a great issue,

Good quality, especially for the price. As others have noticed, the front lens caps are a bit finicky and tend to fall off with the slightest knock. However, the image is bright and clear, and the compass is genuinely useful. Haven't used the rangefinder, so can't comment on that.

I have just received my binoculars. They are excellent and good value. I look forward to using them this season on my boat.

Very clear view , quick sharp focus, compass read out very clear and useful feature, however range finding is not an automatic process, -believe it requires some 'off view' maths to get a result. Not yet had time to sort the latter. I spent some time on the net researching binoculars for use at sea, and this model in my opinion, overall was good value for the price.

A major design flaw. If you open these up all the way - as a male adult would typically do, the measuring scale will be at an angle of about 20 degrees from vertical. And no way to rotate/adjust it back. ie. a Very cheap design... but this is a corner that should not have been cut. Thus, these are no good for adult men... only kids and smaller women that do no have to open them up wide.....

I'm a professional sailor and have been using binoculars for over 25 years. These are far and away the best value for money and work really well. Highly recommend.
