Very good but pricey
Got this because recommended by several in the carnivore community but along the way also found a recipe to make my own much cheaper. Great product if you just want the convenience of already prepared.

Do not buy
Disgusting. People say to use it for "carnivore" bread/pizza/pasta. Just do not do it. I used the whole bag I really gave it a shot and it's just horrid. Not worth the money.

Great Flour Substitute
This premium chicken breast flour makes a delicious breading and seasoning. It is made from antibiotic-free chicken and Redmonds salt. There are 12 grams of protein in less than one oz. It has the same texture as grain flours and mixes easily with other breading ingredients.

Great alternative
Great for carnivore meatballs , carnivore pozza or breaded chicken breast without the carbs. You get added protein as well tastes really good and don’t miss the carbs

Makes Carnivore diet so much easier.
I really like the flavor. I mixed it with the pork rind crumbs and made wonderful fried chicken nuggets. I even used it to make gravy using heavy cream so good. 35 lbs. down!
