Luxlux Bed Jacket with Tie, Classic Thermal

I got this for my mum who was in hospital following some complications. She had been wearing her dressing gown in bed as her arms and shoulders were feeling a bit chilly but she looked too bundled up. I went online and this little jacket had rave reviews so I took a chance and am so glad I did. The fit was perfect. Material looked thin but don't go by appearance because when worn, it really does keep my mum warm without over heating her. Beautiful colour (blue) and has kept its shape and softness after washing and tumbledrying. The sleeves don't come right to the wrists and there was lots of room in the arm which again was a huge bonus as it made getting to her drip an easy process. Very very pleased indeed and will recommend this jacket.

Truly horrible bed jacket, I can hardly believe I have the same one after reading all the good reviews. It says 50% polyester and 50% viscose in the description- I received one that is a cheap 100% acrylic one. The pattern is totally different , and no ribbon tie, which we really needed, instead tiny little buttons which are totally unsuitable for us, and I would not have bought it if this was advertised. So feeling very disappointed, still awaiting to see if I can return it.

I bought this for my mum who is 90 and bedbound. She sits up in her bed and watches the birds in the garden, so she needs something to keep her shoulders warm that is easy to wash and looks OK. Now, this actually looks much nicer than in the picture! It washes well.... I do iron it, but I am not actually sure it needs ironing? It is really soft and is just the right length for sitting in bed.

I purchased this along with a pink one, for my elderly mother who has 2 identical ones from LuxLux which are now well over 10 years old. Delighted to find that they still make them. The quality is lovely, and she especially likes the style without a collar as this makes them more comfortable to wear in bed if needed. The wide silk ribbons are an improvement on her older one as these were quite narrow. The sleeves are not quite full length which again make them more comfortable. I bought the large size as she now wears a size 16 in clothes as she doesn't like to feel trussed up and the fit is just right for her. They arrived well packed with a personal note from LuxLux. I ordered them on the Sunday expecting delivery to be between the following Thursday-Sunday but they arrived on the Tuesday, 2 days after placing my order, which meant a very prompt order fulfilment by LuxLux. Well done. I hope the new ones last like her old ones as they are still in great condition and wash well. I just wanted a larger size. A wider range of colours would be nice, say include a white or cream.

Beautiful design. Very feminine but still warm. Choice of buttons or tie ribbon. Ribbon easier for arthritis. Bought for my 81 year old mother and she is delighted.

Bought for an elderly relative who is more or less bed bound. She absolutely loves this and it is much more comfortable and practical than wearing a dressing gown in bed.

Bought for my mother aged 96. Just perfect ,well made and nice material. probably will order another.

The item was too big, and although the item I received had buttons instead of ties was still pretty, got confused about the returning of item and sent back to the company address in Market harbour as they sent an e-mail saying this item can be returned and sent back to the company not realising I will get a label
