Our boxer has had troubles in the past with certain types of dog food causing him to lose or gain too much weight, even when feeding him the correct daily amount. He also was sensitive to different types of foods, frequently giving him diarrhea. We switched to this food about 6 years ago and have had 0 problems since then! He has consistently held a healthy weight and not had any stomach issues. We love this product for our boxer boy.

This product is high quality produced with the best ingredients. There is NO RICE which Consumer's Reports has asked the FDA to look into for humans because of arsenic content - so I'm not feeding any rice to my beloved Jackson! He is a very picky eater - used to boiled organic chicken breast (I know, I know, but he's been very ill). So he eats this and likes it! Be sure to introduce it a little at a time mixed with what your dog regularly eats to get them used to it. Please, please do your research (dogfoodadvisor.com) and DO NOT feed the off the shelf stuff offered - even Science Diet and the best of many use "fillers" and you will not believe what is in those fillers: rendered road kill, animals euthanized from shelters, including their collars, tags and the meds used to kill them. My Lab really likes this food but boy is it expensive. I found an alternative that he likes just as much from Wal Mart that is about $30 cheaper per bag.

I’ve been feeding this to my corgi for a long time. Last 5 orders, I had changed to a weight control variety because she was getting older and chunkier. This is my third corgi and like the first two, I started feeding number 3 IAMs. I changed to Blue Buffalo after she hit 1 year old and noticed over time, her fur became soft and less shedding too. This is the softest haired corgi I’ve owned. And corgi owners want less shedding. We don’t want to have pet hair stuck on the seat of our pants while standing in line at grocery store or bank. You know what I’m talking about.

I have two dogs, one has weight issues. So I ordered this product a while back. It seems to work well, both of my dogs like it. This is the second package tape ordered. So far I’m happy. This is an update. I bought this in November. This is dry dog food. It is now full of maggots! It was stored in an enclosed container and in its regular package. I have to dump half a bag!
