can anyone tell me thier experiance with this item , what it helped etc

I was somewhat sceptical but my sinuses and catarrh were so bad I decided to give them a go. I followed the dosage closely and after a few days realised I'd missed a couple of doses, and the reason was, my symptoms (ie gunky catarrh, bunged up nose, etc) were gone! It was such a relief. Of course, there's no guarantee that it will work for everyone, but I really think they are worth a try. I still have more than half a tub left over.

How many tablets am i getting per bottle

Hi Stephen, the bottles contain approximately 240 small tablets that dissolve on the tongue. Hope this is helpful, kind regards, Bravo Health Ltd.

What age is this for?

The instructions on the container say children to 12 years half dose and it gives the adult dose. I would not give them to very young children.

Do you take these tablets with water ?

No, you just put them on your tongue and they dissolve. Really hassle-free!
