Love this body soap, it smells of satsumas and leaves my sensitive skin feeling soft. I bought it after using the hair shampoo and conditioner bars which I have been using for a while. The lather washes out of the scrunchie and my body quickly not leaving residue. The bar is quite small and I’m waiting to see how long it lasts.

Bought to take on holiday. Good travel size and nice smell. Can’t imagine it lasting more than a couple weeks if showering every day so for me wouldn’t be suitable for every day use but great for my holiday!

Great product, super soft skin and delicious smell but if you use it daily, it lasts a couple of weeks max. Took it with me to Mexico and had to come up with some other solutions for the second part of my trip, which was a bit annoying as I was travelling with a carry-on only and had to limit the liquids. Still worth buying but consider the 2 weeks as limit I'd say!

I bought the Butter Me Up Moisturiser Bar for a holiday abroad. I was only taking cabin bags on the plane so was limited by the 100ml liquid rule. I do use always shampoo bars and soap bars, but was struggling to find a moisturiser bar to get away from liquid and lotions (and of course plastic). This bar was just the thing I needed and it worked well giving a lovely scent. Moisturised well. The only down side was the bar did get a little soft so I found I was pulling small chunks off to spread on my skin, rather than rubbing the whole bar on me.

My expectation is that a bar of soap or a bottle of shower gel will last 2 people one month, with generous usage. This was a woeful failure. I think it should be labelled as a sample in the seller's description because it's a very small bar that does not last. The first shower with this bar was beautiful because the scent was utterly gorgeous. However, on day 2, disillusionment set in. I had to ration its usage carefully in the shower to ensure it lasted one week. This would be ideal for travel, but only for short trips of no more than a week for one person only, showering no more than once per day. For trips that last longer, or families, you'd need multiple bars, which becomes a pita. The lack of longevity means I'd not have the confidence to include it in a hospital bag. Nobody wants to have to be rationing something so basic as soap, so the manufacturers need to treble the size of the bar at a minimum before this becomes a product for practical use at the current price. It's lovely to use, and the smell is truly uplifting and guaranteed to put a pep in your step. It was particularly nice to use on hot days when I woke up feeling sweaty and sticky. One of the nicest scented bars I have ever come across. I may perhaps buy it again as a treat very occasionally because the scent is so lovely, but it's a far cry from the everyday solution I hoped for. It's much too expensive for everyday use in the average household, and it would be so inconvenient to run out every few days and have to replace it. Rip-off pricing and worth about £2 only.

Smells lovely and just so convenient

As someone who enjoys exploring different body care products, I recently tried the KinKind WAKE me up! BodyWash Bar. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular product was less than satisfactory. Here's my first-person review based on my personal perspective: Lackluster Lather: One of the main disappointments with the KinKind WAKE me up! BodyWash Bar is its lack of lather. When using the bar, I found it challenging to generate a sufficient amount of foam. This made it difficult to spread the product evenly across my body, resulting in an underwhelming washing experience. I prefer body care products that create a rich and creamy lather for a more satisfying cleanse. Artificial Scent: The scent of the KinKind WAKE me up! BodyWash Bar was another letdown for me. Rather than having a natural or refreshing aroma, the scent came across as artificial and overpowering. Personal preferences may vary, but for me, the synthetic fragrance took away from the overall enjoyment of the product. I prefer body care products with more subtle or natural scents. Slimy Texture: Another drawback I encountered was the slimy texture of the body wash bar when wet. It didn't dissolve or lather as smoothly as I would have expected. This sliminess made it difficult to maintain a firm grip on the bar, potentially leading to wastage or an uncomfortable showering experience. The lack of a solid and well-formulated texture was a notable downside. Comparison to Gruum Soap: In comparison to the Gruum soap you mentioned, I have to agree that the KinKind WAKE me up! BodyWash Bar falls short. Gruum soap, in my experience, has provided a more enjoyable lathering experience, a more pleasing scent, and a better overall texture. It's essential to find body care products that suit your personal preferences, and for me, Gruum soap has been the preferable option. Conclusion: In conclusion, my experience with the KinKind WAKE me up! BodyWash Bar was less than satisfying. The lack of lather, artificial scent, and slimy texture were notable drawbacks for me. While personal preferences may vary, I found the product to be underwhelming compared to other body care options available. Based on my experience, I would not choose the KinKind WAKE me up! BodyWash Bar as my go-to body care product.
