Excellent buy, excellent value! Ease of use: product is extremely easy to use. Camera window is easy to locate which makes this extremely easy to identify how to place your phone into the pouch. Waterproofing: product operates as advertised. My family and I used these pouches in a saltwater bay. They were brought into the water and used to record both in and out of the water, fully submerged at a snorkeling depth of 3 feet or less. Clarity: these pouches do not even appear to be on when taking photos and videos. The clarity is uncanny. Durability: the pouches lasted a full 8 hours of boating along with approximately 2 hours of water time. They do seem like they will last a considerable amount of time. Issues: forward camera is not accessible for facial recognition. Don’t expect to unlock or authorize electronic payment using facial recognition while your phone is in the case. Phone can still be unlocked using your alternative method. Additionally, the side button can be challenging to manipulate. This can pose an issue for those who use the side buttons to take photos or videos, to lock the phone, or for other uses. I do not consider this a problem as I bought these pouches for their waterproof and floating properties. In these categories, the pouches are excellent! Money well spent!

I’ve been happy with these Pelican waterproof phone pouches. It’s also nice that they float, because dropping a phone in water is bad enough without having it sink too. One thing I would mention is that I’d test each pouch with a paper towel inside before using it with a phone, just to be safe. The Pelican iPhone case is fine and works as described. However, the package that I received appeared to have been opened and resealed. There were supposed to be 4 lanyards', one for each case and there were none. I attempted to contact the seller and only received an automated AI response to my email inquiry. When I attempted to contact the vendor provided phone number for support, I was referred back to the email inquiry by a recording. Pelican makes great products, and it would certainly be nice if the vendor provided all the parts that Pelican supplies with their products. Not impressed with their customer support.

My family used these on our cruise and then I used mine for River floating. They are a hit! Keeps your phone dry and actually does float! Only problem i encountered is that I was not able to interact with the phone screen while underwater. Not sure if that’s the case’s fault or just an outcome of being submerged.

I bought the four pack of these for a family trip. They were perfect for our needs. We used them while playing in the waves at the beach, on a kayak trip to see a bioluminescent bay and on a rainforest hike. They were completely waterproof and took good pictures even when fully submerged. The face recognition doesn’t work inside the pouch and it was sometimes hard to make our swipes work on the touch screen but those are very small inconveniences compared to the successes of the product. One of my kids and I both went down a rock water slide - very fast water and then being completely submerged and swimming to the side after. My kid accidentally went down on their belly and realized when they came up that the case had pulled off the strap (not broken - clearly the system is designed to separate rather than strangling you - well done!) They panicked a bit but then, just a bit later, we discovered that the phone in the floating case had gone down two more waterfalls and was floating in the pool below where the rest of our group was swimming! We reattached it to the neck strap and continued on with the rest of our trip. I will be recommending these to anyone we know who is traveling to watery destinations! And these will be a constant companion any time we are going somewhere we’ll be hiking near water or swimming. THANK you for a great product!

Worth every penny! The Pelican 4 Pack Marine phone case pouches work like they should, very good quality product. My Galaxy S22 fit perfect as did my husband's iPhone 16 Pro.

These phone protectors look and protect as advised, but the phone heats up inside. I had to remove my phone after a short time because it started heating up to a point that the battery might go into thermal runaway and ignite.

Great kit. Used everyday in a professional capacity at sea going in and out of my pfd pocket. Hard use! Lasted the season and still going strong. Much better than all other expensive brands I have used in the past. The 4 pack bundle is also great value! Will definitely buy again.

It did what I needed it to do, keep my phone dry and allow me to take underwater pix and videos. At times I found it difficult to focus and see what I was taking pictures of, so that would be the only drawback. The quality is very good and didn't let in a single drop of water.

Got this for my Hawaii trip. And the snorkeling videos I took from this case is absolutely stunning!!! This is a really good quality case. Notes: - I got a iPhone 15 pro max. And I need to remove my phone case to fit into this pouch. I was complaining initially, but I realized it’s actually better this way. Better Lens control and less unwanted air trapped inside the pouch. - I wish the lanyard was longer. - I had placed 4 anti fog strips (i brought it separately) inside this pouch, and no fog during my 1.5 hr long snorkeling. - touch screen no longer works under water. This is not uncommon for underwater pouches. - MY BIGGEST complaint!! I couldn’t swipe up my iPhone 15 pro max’s screen from this pouch, even when im on land!! The pouch’s screen portion just needs to be designed slightly LONGER please!!
