AMAZING! exceeded expectations. Beautifully packaged, clear, concise instructions, everything you need included in the box and it WORKS! The bond holds within seconds, and sets in minutes. Used to fix a very complex shattered ceramic vase, not expecting it to be salvageable. It is now extra beautiful because of the golden ‘welds’. Next time I know to use less glue to make it neater, but very happy with my first attempt at this. Also, loads left over. A little goes a long way for multiple projects. THANK YOU! 🙏

I was very happy with this kit! We brought this 4’.5” vase from Japan after living there for years. We were heartbroken when a large piece of the lip broke off. The break was clean but there were some pieces that were just dust. The kit showed up within 2 days. We read the instructions as well as viewed the online information. The kit comes with a practice sake cup you can break and repair. We didn’t do this as the cup was too nice to break but it is a good idea if you are hesitant because the included epoxy sets incredibly fast - the instructions say 4 min but we had about a minute - we may have mixed too much. Anyway we followed the directions and the results were fantastic as you can see in the photos. I circled the repair in the last photo so you can see it clearly. We have a LOT of material left so a smaller kit might have been better and we didn’t need the epoxy putty at all - you really only need it to reconstruct missing pieces - but it won’t go to waste we are inviting friends over to a ‘Make your own’ party and will be making Christmas ornaments with the left over material. I would say our DIY skills are ordinary to low - no special skills required and no items needed for repairs beyond what is on the kit!

Great starter kit

The first kit I purchased had dried out epoxy putty and one side of the glue was dried out. The seller promptly replaced it. I glued my broken pieces with Super Glue, because did not like the look of gluing with epoxy with gold powder mixed in it. I then used a small paintbrush and a pottery pin tool to apply the epoxy mixed with gold powder. I also brushed more gold powder on the gold areas when it was still tacky.
