Perfect for the price
I have to say, for the price this product ticks all the boxes. Got this for Physio training on an injured shoulder, (so not needing heavy weights),Easy to switch around . On dumbells u can do as little as 3kg or work upwards. The bumbells can be converted easily up to 15kg or 30kg barbell if needed. (the added barbell converter is easy to setup) doubt i'll use, but an option. Ideal for beginners or smaller ppl like myself. All in i cannot actually fault this product 5 stars from me

Good value and good for home use
The parcel arrived extremely well packaged and it was a workout in itself to get the box open! The set includes two short bars and one centre bar with 4 x 1.0kg weights and 4 x 1.25kg weights. As an elderly starter at this I fitted two 1kg weights to the short bars to make dumbbells and had a short 'workout' with the dumbbells. As far as I can tell, the parts are decent quality for home use, I cannot compare them to professional dumbbells as I have never tried them before but I see no reason why they should't last me a good while to get my strength back.

Great Product!
Absolutely fantastic, very handy and easy to switch into barbell or back to dumbbells when needed. They are very stable and all around perfect for me. I would 100% recommend

Not great
I didn't know you would have to take these apart to use dumbbells. So only use the bar as when I went to put the dumbbell parts onto the bar the fit was so tight I couldn't get them back off. I've not had it for that long and the padding on the bar has worn off already too. It all feels very cheaply made and the weights come off very easy so you have to keep a good eye on them if your like me and workout at home without shoes on this could be very dangerous. The weights are not very heavy either. Wish I could afford to send back tbh and get a better set which was only a little more. It would be more worth it and you get seperate dumbbells and kettle lifts so please shop around.
