I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and the difference is noticeable. The arch support is firm but comfortable, and they don't flatten out after a long day of walking. I did not have to trim as they were true to size and fit in my sneakers. I would definitely buy another pair for my other sneakers!

Wow 🤩 what an incredibly awesome & totally amazing insert that actually works for a change!!! 💯 Recommend these to anyone who struggles with their chronic foot pain & especially to those who are experiencing a lot of discomfort at the end of the day & who understand that feeling of pain just taking a walk without they’re shoes on as I was! EXCELLENT!!! I’ve been wearing insoles for years. They are usually bulky, hard as a rock and expensive! These insoles are FANTASTIC!! They fit much better than my “doctor made” insoles; they fit wonderfully in my shoes and what is better, my feet actually stopped hurting! 100% recommended!!

I decided to try these insoles since standing for a long time or walking long distances caused pain in my lower back, feet and hip. The first test was all day at a Disney park. It was a little uncomfortable at first in the arch area but as time went by I got used to the support. They gave me stability and my feet didn't feel tired during the day only a little noise when walking I think because of the movement between the support and the shoe. I think the insoles did a great job the next day I had no pain in any part of my body. If you have a wide and flat foot, I recommend them 100%
