It's not cheap, but it's worth it. I've wasted too much time with other basic cables - and a lot of the cheap ones on Amazon have subtle flaws and won't really charge your gadgets quickly even if the listing says otherwise. This one absolutely, definitely delivers lots of watts (I've tested it; the absolute number depends on which charger plug you have, and which gadget is receiving power) 3 metres is a LONG cable, but that could be useful if you're travelling - ie offices and hotel rooms with weirdly placed sockets. I only wish that Rolling Square made a multi-head cable which could charge multiple devices at once!

The product is great but Amazon's delivery was appalling. It was stated that it was handed to the resident but was actually left sticking out of the letterbox with the driver having made no attempt to ring the door bell. This is now an all too regular occurrence with Amazon deliveries.

It’s clearly a well-made cable and it does charge quickly. However, the interchangeable clips at either end tend to fall off. You can bend them and put them back on, but for the price that they charge the connection should be more reliable. So overall, it’s a good charging cable, but it’s not worth the money given its design.

Quite expensive for a charging cable however the three connectors on the end is useful. I was sceptical about the micro USB but it works! - now have one cable that can charge laptop at 100w via USBC (and keyboard, headphones, mouse etc…) Phone etc by Apple Lightning, and other devices like my kids headphones, drone batteries etc… on micro USB. Great for my work bag to use in the offices with laptop or a long cable to use in a car (front or back) to charge phones etc… Also does data so can connect phone with whatever vehicle I’m driving (some of our fleet have usbc and others standard usb) Prepared for nearly all eventualities! (after having this long yellow cable I also got the short keyring version for charging two devices) I’ve ditched the included carry case and just keep wrapped up in bag with the included velcro cable tie and port cover. Plenty long enough for using in hotel rooms and offices, just need to make sure you have an appropriate charger. I’m using this with a 100w GAN block and a 20w folding plug as and when needed.

Updated review with regrets…last two pics clearly show the problem! Weakness where the cable flexes near its smart multi tipped head. Shame as loved this cable! :( Below is my original 5* raver of a review of this bling cable I got from rolling square but sadly less than 2 months in it’s not reliable and is forever pinging that connect/disconnect sound where the wires have gotten so bad in the bend near the tip. I use it mainly when I go to bed so it’s not like it’s going around the world with me. It’s largely hidden around the bed immobile. Another week or two and it’ll probably stop working altogether. (It did!) No way should a lead go that quickly especially with the price and what appears to be good quality exterior materials the wires inside are feeble to go so quickly. I’ll add a pic of the tip in daylight,you can clearly see the that’s the weak point of this cable. I have a similar cable at my flat which is about six years old now - that is why i picked this cable above all others. Maybe I got a faulty cable but it seemed ok starting out as you can clearly see below. To be fair I’ve not gotten in touch with them yet regarding my warranty. It’s progressively getting worse so hope they’ll have me fixed up or I’ll be back on the hunt for a replacement long lasting cable. As I know them from kickstarter I will give them another chance if/when a replacement is sent. Then shall update on customer care & if this was just a faulty unit. Under 2 months of light use is a joke and they’ll probably agree tho doubt they’ll admit it. Personally I doubt I’ll ever have the confidence given by my kickstarter cable which wasn’t even MFi as certs would have delayed the delivery times. I got it after getting a similar design and being very impressed with that,it’s still going strong a good few years down the road but they company has disappeared and rolling square’s design is the closest but has a few sweet upgrades… ———————-////—————— I finally got around to emailing support and was sent a nice reply almost instantly and it looks like I did get a faulty cable so I’ll be getting a new one which I am sure will last longer. If you do have any issues get In touch with them as their customer care is second to none…

The USB connector fell off on the first time of use. I am travelling for work and can no longer charge my phone, just the iPad connector remains. Premium price but terrible product and QC; spend less on the fancy adds and marketing and more on the product.

Great cable, tough and hasn’t broken after wheeling my office chair over a few times. It’s not that easy to wrap up and could do with a better case/way to hold it when folded. Still very handy for work trips, saves me having to take multiple cables.

Having travelled with this a few times now, it’s not as useful as I’d hoped. The connectors are a bit loose and get pulled out too easily by the slightest movement in the cable - which is thick and cumbersome. It’s also temperamental with my MacBook Pro so I can’t rely on it and end up taking other cables too, which defeats the object.

Mir war der Preis ursprünglich viel zu hoch und ich habe lange überlegt, es zu bestellen. Jetzt bin ich begeistert und nutze es im Alltag aber auch im Urlaub beim Camping. Es ist sehr robust und durch seine verschiedenen Anschlüsse vielseitig anwendbar. Habe mir jetzt noch das ganz kurze „Schlüsselanhänger“-Kabel bestellt und bin auch damit zufrieden.

Kabel otrzymałem w plastikowym worku, bez właściwego opakowania. Był niekompletny, brakowało silikonowego etui i klipsa na biurko. Ponadto kabel był używany i nosił wyraźne tego ślady (postrzępiony, wytarte oznaczenia, porysowane wtyczki). To absolutny skandal jeśli producent oficjalnie wysyła coś takiego! Nigdy do tej pory nie przytrafiło mi się nic podobnego. Bardzo chętnie kupiłbym ten kabel, ale nie ma już żadnego zaufania do tej firmy!

I love the rolling square cable. Been using it for a week and it connects to all my (apple) devices and charges fast. Did not try data transfer yet.
