I had a regular beard oil brand I would use, but I didn't get on with their beard wash as it left my beard and face feeling very dry. For a while I used Lush products instead but basically every time I bought a refill / replacement the price had increased from the last time.I was shown this product on a recommended purchases suggestion from Amazon and wow, I'm so glad I took the time to read a bit about the product and end up trying it.The tiniest amount, basically pea sized, is still enough to generate a full lather in my beard, and the resulting feel and smell of my beard is wonderful. I'm so pleased that this product is likely to a) have more longevity per purchase than my previous brand and b) appears to do exactly as promised and moisturises and hydrates well with what can only be described as a delicious smell. So much so that I have ended up purchasing and using their beard oil as well and have every intention of this being my brand of choice from here on in!

Solid Beard Wash with Great Scent, But Slightly DryingI’ve been trying out different beard products lately, and I was excited to try the SheaMoisture Beard Wash because of its reputation for using natural, nourishing ingredients like shea butter and maracuja oil.🔹 Scent (4/5):Right out of the bottle, the scent is excellent — clean, masculine, and not overpowering. It lingers subtly after use, which I really liked. It pairs well with other grooming products without clashing.🔹 Lather & Application (3.5/5):The lather is decent — not super rich, but enough to clean the beard effectively. It spreads well and rinses out without leaving residue. However, I found myself using a bit more product than expected to get a full lather through a medium-length beard.🔹 Post-Wash Feel (3/5):Here’s where I was a little surprised. Despite the moisturizing ingredients, it left my skin underneath feeling a bit dry after rinsing. Not tight or irritated, but definitely in need of a follow-up beard oil or balm. I expected a more hydrating effect, especially considering the brand's usual focus on moisture.🔹 Packaging & Value (4.5/5):The pump dispenser is convenient and gives you good control over how much you use. A little goes a long way (even with the lighter lather), and the bottle should last a while. For the price, it’s a solid buy.---✅ Bottom Line:This is a good beard wash with a fantastic scent and a clean rinse, but if you have dry or sensitive skin, you’ll want to pair it with a good moisturizer afterward. I’ll continue using it, but likely not daily.Would I recommend it? Yes—with a small caveat. Great for scent and cleanse, but maybe not the most hydrating beard wash out there.

This is hands down the best beard wash I have ever used, leave your beard soft and smelling great with compliments from everywhere you go, add in the detangler and beard oil it’s leaves a fantastic styled look with a crisp scent to partner it, the all natural ingredients is a bonus but seriously this is the best beard care range on the market.

Got this for my partner and he says it’s the best beard wash he’s ever used. He has a thick coarse beard and says you only need a tiny amount as it lathers really well. The scent is pleasant, quite sweet but not overpowering. Leaves his beard feeling very soft!

This product has a nice smell, a tiny portion of it, spreads a long way on your beards and it softens the beards immediately and this softness remains for many days. I am not joking, I have the hardest/roughest beards in the world but this beard wash finally made them look presentable. I watched people on YouTube talking good about it and I've now tried it. Please try is as a fellow black man, and you won't regret it. I really don't waste my time on making product reviews but on this occasion, I thought to do it, to help other black men with very dry facial hairs like mine.

Smells very good, only need a tiny bit for full lava. Beats looks and smells fresh
