The bubbles are very small the protection to your forearm is very minimal I have elbow protection from another supplier that is much better than the elbow protection here. Can you fall on your elbow and wrist here? Definately not.

I came off my bike fortunately I wasn’t travelling very fast but I still bruised and grazed my elbow even though I was wearing a jacket so I decided to buy these. I feel safer and better protected if I do fall off my bike. They’re comfortable, fit well and stay in place.

measure your arms before choosing a size. I did and mine are a perfect fit

I've used these for 2 years, 2 football seasons, 1 basketball season, and they've withstanded it all. The only problems I've had with it is that tiny strings hang out and it is slightly big on my upper arm despite ordering the size for my arms. It fits good on my wrist, and protects my arm from turf burn. It's good for its price, and it looks good with my team's uniform.

Rating would be higher if statement that they do not slip off your legs was true. Have to pull them up during workouts.
