Not easy to find weaker stations. The sound is not clear on some stations like Dubai FM 93.4

I recently purchased this redio , and I’m quite pleased with my experience so far. Pros: Sound quality is excellent and clear. Easy to use with user-friendly controls. Good reception and signal strength. Battery life is decent and lasts long. Stylish and compact design. Overall, it's a great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and good-quality radio.

I recently purchased this Product for my father, and I am very impressed with it. The device has a good build quality, a easy to select channels, and good sound quality. It is also very easy to use.

Satisfied with the purchase... The radio works well and it's antenna reception is good. This radio gives you all 3 bands FM, AM and SW. Sound quality is also very good. You also get bluetooth support for playback. You'll notice it immediately that the sound quality over bluetooth is not that great. Should be improved. For me this is not a major factor as the main purpose of this unit is to play the radio.

This product is more than what I expected and has good features and durable too. Further the battery back up is quite good it gives more time than mentioned.

The product didn't work within 1 month of buy. They have very poor customer service. I called multiple times to their customer service and finally they asked to share the video and after multiple follow ups they asked to share the product via courier. Since this is a electronic product I struggled a lot to courier and I called multiple times just to confirm if the product has recieved them. No response. And the customer service is so arrogant. Please don't buy any of the iBell products. I asked for refund and they said No. This is how you end up losing your money and product.
