NECA - Universal Monsters - 7” Scale Action Figure - Ultimate Invisible Man Figure (Color)

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was so happy when I saw NECA was putting this out and knew I had to get it immediately to add to my Universal Monsters collection. Watching all the movies as a kid was a big part of my childhood so adding this to the collection makes it that much more cooler! It is a must have! Excellent accessories as well!

NECA does such a good job with there horror ultimates line and I’m such a huge Universal Monsters fan I am definitely collecting them all!

The figure is fine. No issues. My problem is the box Amazon shipped to me. Thankfully I’m not a mint in box collector, but I like keeping the NECA monster boxes. They’re beautiful. Amazon sent me one in a torn box. Looks like whoever packed it was frustrated with the peg hanger and tore it (and a large chunk of the back of the box) off. See my photo. Not a deal breaker but annoying.

Fantastic

Neca figures are usually great, and this one is no different. Great articulation, accessories, paint. Great homage to a great Universal Monster. It was a little stiff, but a hair drier to the joints worked for me. I don’t tend to buy NECA, due to the $35 price tag, but I don’t regret this purchase one bit. Cost may be high, but it was so worth it.

The figure works well. The details are nice, and you could pull off a variety of looks from the movie. I was disappointed that they were not going to release this figure in a black-and-white version. The original movie is in black-and-white so to me, the character should be in black-and-white. I painted mine to give it more of a black-and-white look.

Box was a little dinged up

This whole series from NECA is amazing. The packaging is wonderful and the figures are so well sculpted with lots of detail and made well enough to pose in so many different ways. Well worth the order. I’m getting all of the monsters.

Esta figura del Hombre Invisible es estupenda. Es cierto que, quizá, de todas las piezas de la colección de Monstruos Clásicos de NECA, sea la menos espectacular visualmente; sin embargo, está realizada con gran calidad y mucha atención al detalle. Las cabezas intercambiables encajan perfectamente, aunque dos de ellas tienen movilidad limitada. No es un problema grave, pero sí habría sido ideal que todas ofrecieran el mismo rango de movimiento para darle mayor versatilidad a la figura. Fuera de eso, es una pieza premium: buen material, gran estabilidad, excelente esculpido y muy buenos accesorios. Eso sí, las piezas pequeñas requieren cuidado extra para no extraviarlas. Sin duda, es una gran adquisición para completar la colección, aunque no la pondría como una compra prioritaria frente a otros personajes más vistosos de la línea. Para mí, es un 9/10. P.D. Si eres de lxs coleccionistas que cuidan mucho el empaque, recuerda abrir la caja con cuidado para no maltratar la pestaña superior.
