These are some large planters. Plenty of room for my year old Monstera to grow in. You have to assemble the stand but assembly was really easy. Pots are large but lightweight. They each come with 2 plugs if you don’t want water to drain out. Love the look of these and the size.I was using a rigged up 5 gallon bucket that was not allowing the soils to drain/dry out and my plants were having trouble. These planters are taller and wider than a five gallon bucket.

I purchased this planter for my Bird of Paradise and wanted something that would complement my home’s aesthetic. Since the plant is indoors, I was looking for a planter that looked elegant and expensive without the luxury price tag and this planter checked every box.The first thing that surprised me was the size. It is much larger than I expected, so now my plant needs to hurry up and grow into it! It definitely has a wow factor and makes a statement in the room.One of my favorite features is the wooden stand. The legs give the planter height and a gorgeous elevated look that makes it feel much more like a designer piece. It adds warmth and sophistication and really helps showcase the plant.I also love that it has the appearance of being heavy, solid, and high-end, but it’s actually quite lightweight, making it easy to move when needed.The quality, design, and overall look exceeded my expectations. I love it so much that I plan on purchasing the smaller size as well so I can create a matching set.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish planter that looks far more expensive than it is.

Base was easy to put together and the wood quality looks good. It's pretty stable, and pot has two rubber plugs which I removed since our pothos needs good drainage. I placed an 8" tray between the base, and now its complete. We will see how will weather the South Florida humidity since the plant resides outdoors.

We are very happy with these planters. They look very nice and are easy to assemble. I like that you can remove the pot from the stand for watering.

I bought these Veradek planters to grow vegetables and flowers on an outside urban deck without any access to raised beds or open ground. Although the company specifies these are plastic/concrete composites, they do not look or feel like those fiberglass concrete planters - these are heavier, thicker, completely waterproof, and the surface is softly textured non-shiny plastic. Though the pots do clearly feel like plastic, they are extremely thick - it feels like a solid 1/2 to 3/4 inch of material - and the quality level is miles above the cheapo plastic things you might get at a big box store.Durability is very good; we’ve had another Demi planter outside on a balcony for a year without any breakdown, cracking, or discoloration. They will probably match ceramic for lifetime use, at a very reasonable price. I think of them more like glazed pots, just made out of plastic instead of ceramic.Finally, the wooden stands are attractive but the legs are simple wooden dowels held in by a single screw. They feel like they’re going to break whenever I bump into the pot, and i don’t expect them to last more than a season. When they give out, i’ll just put the pot on the ground.

I chose this Veradek round planter with stand for repotting my large corn plant. It had been in a large terracotta pot for years but the pot had significant mineral deposits on the outside and was looking pretty grungy. Being an indoor plant, I wanted an elegant and stylish planter pot that wouldn't have the weight of a ceramic pot of this size.While I generally shy away from any non-ceramic/terracotta planters as I dislike plastic, the weight on my hardwood floors (and the difficulty moving the planter to make room for a Christmas tree during the holidays) made plastic much more appealing in this instance. Luckily, this Veradek planter looks and feels MUCH more like ceramic than your typical cheap planter pot. Coupled with the wooden stand, it makes for an elegant and stylish addition to my decor (and the corn plant LOVES the extra room to grow).Unfortunately, my first purchase of this item came with the round wooden stand shattered in three places and I had to return it immediately. Veradek wasn't difficult to work with and after dropping it off with FedEx, I received my refund and purchased the same item again. It came intact the second time and I'm loving it.One suggestion I have is to drop a little wood glue into the leg dowel holes. The screws that come with the stand to attach the legs work fine but the wood is brittle and slightly split when screwing them in. With that little bit of wood glue added, I'm confident that it will last for years, even when moved to make way for the Xmas tree!
