Best book for NPTE Prep
Scorebuilders has lot of great learning material and this book is no exception! It was SO HELPFUL! I love how it is written, the layout, colors, charts, graphs, etc. They work to stay on top of the research. They are a PT owned company and have a partnership with the American Physical Therapy Association. Scott Giles, the author and owner of Scorebuilders is a great person and reached out to me personally when I needed assistance. I tried to use the TherapyEd book but ended up buying Scorebuilders which proved to be a much easier read. I had bought the Scorebuilders BaseCamp Online learning program and the Scorebuilders book supplements the program. Scorebuilders truly helped me pass the National Physical Therapy Exam in July 2018 with a score of over 700! Thanks again to Scott and his team for creating a great book and materials.

LOVE this book!
This is the book my school recommends for passing the NPTE. I love how it's organized. All the information is so clear and easy to understand. Glad I went with scorebuilders and not another exam prep book!

I really like the overviews of conditions as they helped prompt good ...
This book does really well at covering material, however it should not be the only resource used during exam prep. I mainly used this as a guide so that I knew what school notes and books I needed to go back to for continued study. I really like the overviews of conditions as they helped prompt good discussion with my husband (aka best study partner). The tests are pretty good, but not as helpful as the practice exams from FSBPT. I would say these practice tests are good for getting used to sitting down for several hours and going through 200 questions, but not as much as gauging your understanding of content. The breakdown of your results should be considered more as guidelines. Overall, a very helpful tool.

Five Stars
Beats TherapyED in designs and content clarity. Not much different from last edition..may be new questions.

Close, but no cigar
I'll compare Giles to NPTE. Giles has four exams and test itself constructed very closely as real test, after every 50 questions it'd prompt you what do you want to do next, no ability to pause. Questions are easier over all and with little if any explanations. Good overview but confusedly organized.NPTE on the other hand has three exams, thorough explanation, tests may be paused, unlike real exam, and well organized over all. Both editions have a big downside, tests have correct answers in bold biasing the answer. But you'd benefit from both for sure.Polegin
