I really like my 47" soaking tub. I now wish I ordered one without a built in seat. We did have an issue with the cracked plastic + (cross) shape drain stop connection. The material should have been stronger grade material. However, we contacted Green Tree Homes after much help from Iris (Amazon service rep) She was amazing. Green Tree customer service was very responsive and replaced the drain connection required. Everything works great! This tub was exactly how I envisioned in the small space in our walk in shower.
