Lovely napkin rings, but one piece missing
These Acacia wood napkin rings are a beautiful addition to my dinner table. The natural wood finish gives a warm, elegant touch that worked perfectly with my dinner party setup. Unfortunately, one ring was missing from the set when it arrived. I didn’t request a refund or replacement since I needed them right away and didn’t have time to wait. The rings I did receive are well-made, smooth, and consistent in quality, and they looked great on the table. It’s just disappointing not to have the full set as expected. Final thoughts: Great product overall, but quality control could be improved. If you’re buying for an event, consider ordering early just in case.
