Beyond pleased I bought this bed. My daughter wanted a bed with a slide, lucky for me those models were out of stock when I decided to purchase. The bed is well made, relatively easy to assemble, and is super cute. Love the solid pine wood! Thanks!

This is a great bed. Very sturdy and the kids love it! It's got a very rustic and hand made feel to it which I love. Only downside is its not very easy to assemble but once it's together it's not going anywhere. I did have one piece of the bottom support break because of a knot in the wood and their customer service sent a new one out immediately.

The bed wasn’t easy to assemble as I attempted to do it alone, When I reached the part where I have to hang the roof I definitely needed some help. The assembly requires two people. We love the bed, it doesn’t look very sturdy but it actually is. It’s a bit wobbly. The roof part (part 20) was broken I contacted amazon to ask them if the seller can send me the broken part only but they said I should return the whole bed and get refund and no other solution and since I already started assembling the bed I didn’t like the option so I contacted the manufacturer who was really kind and sent me the part without hesitation or question. I would have put 5 stars if it wasn’t for the delay it caused us the find a broken part! Please check all the parts and everything before starting assembly.

Bought this bunk bed for my 5yearold & she absolutely LOVES IT. I was iffy on buying this bed as I was scared it would be hard to put together but I was so wrong. This bed came with sturdy wood pieces & the directions were easy to follow. PLUS included tools to help put the bed together, all you additionally needed was hammer & screw driver. I would definitely recommend this bunk bed to others, as I have had no issues with it even though it’s all been couple days. VERY FAST SHIPPING. I was told to receive mine on a Sunday & it was delivered on Wednesday! Fabric for the tent parts is not cheap, it’s a nice strong soft material.

*update. New part was sent. Was supposed to be here Saturday, then today. Still no package. They chose to use fedex which isn't reliable at all. My daughter has been disappointed three times now. Love the bed. Was easy to put together however it was missing a crucial part. Had a very disappointed little girl on her birthday. Contacted customer service and they are sending the missing part. If you are planning on surprising someone with this bed make sure all of the parts are there.

Shipping and receiving was extremely frustrating. We finally received it, and the roof piece was smashed in two pieces. I sent photos of the broken part, to the sellers. They responded with a very generic email, and said there will be an investigation. Could be because it was put on a delivery truck, stating out for Delivery three days in a row, and then finally delivered after that. It took my husband about 2.5 hours to put it together, on his own. It’s very cute. Our twins love it. They picked it out, so I’m glad they like it. We haven’t climbed into it ourselves, so I can’t speak for that. The girls are going to be 5 in July, and it’s perfect for them. The reviews about the Velcro are correct. The Velcro has issues, but that’s an easy fix. My husband got some wood, to repair the broken roof, until the seller either replaces it or compensates us for it. I will try to add some pictures. It doesn’t have any storage capacity.

We searched far and wide. Found the best price on Amazon. My kids love this, and it was well worth the purchase price. My husband ended up screwing the velcro on for the curtains, and it keeps them from falling off. It didn't seem too hard for him to put together (which he did by himself!) We opened it in our garage to let it sit for a bit because other people mentioned a smell. I think the smell is just the paint and being closed in a box for so long... it sore off quickly. I was worried at first because of the reviews of others, but it ended up being fine. The only thing I don't love is that it's hard to get.out of the bottom bunk if you're snuggling a kid. The ladder in the middle makes it hard getting in and out.
