Monix Classica 10 Litre Pressure Cooker (All Cookers Including Induction), Stainless Steel, Silver, 24 cm

I have owned 4 other pressure cookers in my life and this one will probably be the last. It is by far the best cooker I have ever used. I doubt you will ever find another of such exacting quality and beauty. I love when I need to use it now instead of worrying about whether it will break or blow up..this baby is heavy duty, classic and wonderfully designed. It is the best pressure cooker I have ever owned .

Really upsetting! I was really looking forward to get this new pan, however, it didn't look new at all due to have several scratches that were noticeable inside and outside. The box wasn't secure, it looked that the pan was used or returned before. It's such an expensive pan to keep it like that when it has just arrived.

The 6 litre monix pressure cooker is an indispensable item in my kitchen as I have already produced some amazing meals from it. There are a few points to note; it comes with no instructions, you really, really have to turn the locking device at the top to lock it, bits of food do stick to the bottom. Also, it doesn't come with a trivet or steaming basket. There is also only 1 pressure setting which is approx 7.5 psi. On the plus side it is sturdy, quite easy to clean and a real work horse in the kitchen.

Absolutely brilliant time saver. Easy to use and made from stainless steel it's safe. Also easy to clean. It does not come with internal fittings such as vegetable basket so you would have to buy those as a separate purchase.

The supplier was faultless and delivered 3 days early. Well done! Very well made pressure cooker which I find a joy to use. I would like to know if a heavier weight is available so I can increase the temperature the cooker runs at. Perhaps the supplier could let me know.

This is a traditional pressure cooker that hasn't any fragile plastic in the parts essential to its operation. The robust pressure control valve is set to 1.6 bar and operates without complicated spring mechanism based only in the weight of a steel knob controlling the escape of vapor from a vertical steam nozzle. There is no way for it to fail. Only problem here is that Amazon does not carry seal rings that go between the cover and the cooker. These are parts that wear off by time or can be damaged unintentionally rendering the product unpressurizable.

Cocotte parfaite pour les plats "de famille" (potée, boeuf carottes, blanquette ....). J' ai supprimé mon autocuiseur qui était long à se mettre en pression. Là c'est plus rapide.

I ordered this item for my son as a Christmas present. I already had one and know from years of experience what an an amazing product it is for anyone that uses or would like to use a pressure cooker. If you are one of those folk who are afraid of a pressure cooker because you have hear the horror possibilities of a pressure cooker, this one is fool proof. I have had mine for 21 years, it works as well today as it did the day I purchased it, and I use it all the time. Because I was getting this product at the lowest price I had seen since I purchased mine, my only concern was that all the parts were included. They were. I am happy. My son will be happy.

It has been more than four months that I am using it, at least once a week, and it works great.
