Does this coffee turn blue if left in room temp after brewing?

Yes. I left some in the sink- within a hour it had turned blue. Should we be concerned I wonder? Also, mine does not even smell a little bit like coffee. Maybe that’s normal too?

Do I boil for five minutes and steep for 15? Or boil for five and simmer for 15? Lost instructions.

I boil mine for 10 min then cut it off and let it cool 8-9 hours not sure what instructions say but thats what I do
