Will they fit 2009 Honda shadow areo 750

Yes they should fit as I installed these on my 2008 Honda Shadow Spirit.

Will they fit a 99 Suzuki intruder vl1500

Not quite sure sorry. But the reason I returned this item is because they were too small in with not much room to hold anything
