Newborn clothes fit her just fine. But she never grows out of them. Lol

Doll comes with painted hair. Skull is realistic with indent spots etc as a newborn has. Came with a pacifier, bottle and a onesie. My grand daughter received the baby for her birthday and was delighted with her. I purchased extra items such as clothes, receiving blankets, headbands, etc to go with her gift.
