​I bought this nutritional scale on Amazon and I think it's excellent. The food database is very useful and allows me to calculate the exact amount of protein and carbohydrates I'm consuming. Thanks to it, I also realized that I was eating larger portions than I needed. Every time I weigh my food, I can better plan what I eat, which has made my routine much more efficient. ​It's a fantastic tool for anyone who needs to keep a precise track of their diet. I highly recommend it!

Love! This scale takes all of the thinking out of weighing your food and allows me to ensure I hit my macro goals. I made a little notecard inside my cabinet that has the proteins/foods I eat the most and you just plug in the number, clear and weigh the desired food. Definitely recommend!

Once you figure it out ( not hard to), and you’re actually cooking for someone with Type 1 Doabetes, this should be a must have! A kid with diabetes shouldn’t have to eat differently than the rest of the family all the darn time. Yes, store packaging gives you total carb info., but what if you’re making that special home recipe that the kids knows and loves? This helps you really keep track of all the ingredients you put in your recipe and takes the dangerous game of guessing how many carbs are in a cupful of YOUR recipe., guessing is not a good thing when trying to dose insulin! Just buy this as you can use it all the time! Not just for diabetics. For healthier eating, making choices on how much to eat of what is always a good idea!

I’ve had this thing for two years now haven’t figured out how to use anything but the weight scale and yet it always ends up shifting every resetting so now I’m unsure it is actually properly weight my food portions. Really easy to clean I have still yet to leave a scratch. If anyone knows how to use the other codes that would be great to know

At first I thought I could scan and weigh but that's not the case. It comes with a booklet where you search for the food code, enter it and see the nutritional value. It's very helpful if you're on a weight loss journey and a relearning portion sizes! We definitely eat more than we think! You can customize food and add favorites, but you have to write them down to remember them. The keyboard is numerical only.. there is a basic app that I find more helpful than the booklet. All in all it's a helpful product.

Adorable, slim, easy to tuck away. I've only used it once but it made it SUPER easy to keep track of my macros. I know what numbers I need for each meal so this makes it fool-proof. If you're anything like me, if it's too complicated, I won't stick with it. This just made my mission to maximize my health so much easier!

Great scale! A bit smaller than I expected, but with the display on the right side, it is easier to get a larger plate or bowl on it and not have it obscured. The list of food codes is extensive and easy to use. this will be a great tool as I monitor the calories in what I eat.

I don’t like giving three stars as I think it is down to my stupidity that I could not understand how to use them. I gave them to my daughter and she has also found it too complicated. However, they look great and I am sure other people will be able to work them out.
