Nice and bright
Bought to replace a discontinued product. Arrived really well packaged and quickly. Nice and bright. Fit needed a little adjustment to the prongs to pinch them in slightly but this was easy to do.

Great product
I had contacted all of my local electrical outlets and was told categorically that this tube could not be got. I needed this tube for my kitchen units. I was going to replace the entire light fittings when I decided to try online for the tubes. Great job! Has saved me a small fortune and my kitchen has light in places it has not had for a while : )

Exactly what was required to replace bulb in under cabinet lighting in kitchen. Arrived safely and promptly by Royal Mail well packaged. Easy to fit.

I have given it 5 stars assuming as I do that it will last as long as the tube supplied with the fitting I was most impressed with the Lightbulb company as I was worried over the measurement given the differing lengths quoted for what I suspect is the same length tube by other companies selling the same type of tube. They reassured me Returns no problem. My fitting was a few mils longer than the tube, and the emphasis on the sales page was to make sure you get the measurement right. As I thought providing it is only a few mils shorter than the fitting it will fit as indeed it did. I have received at least 1 item broken on delivery of a glass nature. I was astonished and pleased at how securely this tube was packaged in a cardboard cylinder. I had to stand on and then actually jump on the empty cylinder to flatten it!

Fluorescent tubes that are'nt....
I ordered two 30W T4 tubes to match up colour with others in the kitchen so replaced existing tubes that weren't quite the right colour with these. The stayed on for a few hours then switched off. Checked the connections etc and re-tried - same thing happened. The company supplied replacements very promptly when I told them of the fault, but the replacement tubes did the same thing - on for a while then switched off. I replaced the original tubes which worked fine and requested a refund from the supplier - nothing as yet. Never seen this fault before - will be glad to receive the refund someday......
