How do I install my cartridge?

Remove your cartridge from the packaging, tear off the yellow strip. Follow the insutructions on your printer or pc to move the cartridge head, remove the old cartridge and simply insert the replacement. Ensure you hear the click sound

What if my cartridges are not recognised?

Simply remove all the cartridges, turn off the printer from the mains and then reinsert, black cartridge first. We also have a video guide in the help link provided within the packaging.
