It is very comfortable in shoes and crocs for long travel also I will not feeling any pain and my heels was also not swelling I like this heel pad

Bit os a stability Required
The product is good, however it keep moving which adds to a discomfort as we have to keep adjusting it every time you wear it. Anyone wearing a slip-ons who doesn’t want to use hand to wear the shoe, for them it’s bit of a task.

Serves the purpose well. A relief for flat foot heel pain. The stays in place well and gives required cushion. Good to use for whole day without having any discomfort.

Painful rather than healing
I had cancelled the product first they delivered it anyhow in my absence to society guard. Now no option of return. On top of that when I tried for a while at home to check product, it is causing more pain in place of healing it. Bad experience with product and Amazon this time.

This is my 1st purchase from frido. And I just love these because it made my flat boot's hard sole so comfortable. t's thickness is fine for adjusting with the shoes. It protected my heel and easy to use. My shoe was really fit so yeah adhesive was fine. It's silicon so itself it do not shift that much.
