I read multiple reviews about this product and read about it online as well. The big hype is that you will see a difference in your skin using this product. I am in early 50s and have always taken care of my skin but was looking for something that would do what this product said it would do. I took it exactly as ordered and didn’t notice any change my skin. It was t different than taking the Collagen that I already take as well as well as turmeric, and other nutrients. I did tolerate it well, and there was no stomach upset or issue. For the price, I can’t say that I saw any change for me that was mentioned in this product sales point.
