Bready is a technologically advanced, robotic baking system designed in Sweden. The machine and specially formulated mixes work together to produce fresh, hot, bakery-quality wheat and gluten-free baked goods. Each mix has its own unique RFID smart tag. Simply scan and attach the mix bag, add a few simple ingredients and press a button. All the parameters for kneading, resting, rising and baking are automatically entered for perfect results every time. Bready makes a wide variety of breads, cakes and doughs. All mixing and kneading occurs inside the mix bag, so there's no mess; just discard the empty bag at the end of the baking cycle. Unlike a traditional bread machine there's no paddle so the loaves have no hole in the bottom. Bready's unique vertical kneading imitates the hand-kneading of a professional baker, enabling liquids to fully penetrate the dry ingredients, resulting in perfectly textured doughs that are moist and won't crumble under a knife. And because Bready mixes come pre-sealed to bake in a closed environment, risk of cross-contamination is eliminated or greatly reduced. Good machine we have one
Great bread machine, we own one. But right now it is useless because in June of 2015 the Bready company went out of business. Mybready.com is no longer and their Facebook page has not been posted on since March 2015. Unless you purchase their mixes the machine is useless and you can no longer buy them now. My husband & I are looking into a way to help those that own Bready's to be able to continue using them.

THIS MACHINE IS GREAT .it makes nice loaves of bread.I just load it @ go about my work. My husbanD loves home made bread and he makes it whenever he wants It is simple to use and Agood buy

You Must Use Bready Mixes Only
I would suggest any potential purchaser go to the Bready website BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THIS UNIT -- [...]If you need Gluten-Free bread, the system will work great.However, if you watch the video you will see the unit ONLY WORKS WITH BRADY MIXES, which cost from $7 - $9 each, a very expensive proposition (you can order Brady mixes at that same website).Just to be clear, you can ONLY USE BRADY MIXES. DO NOT BUY! THIS machine needs bread mixes made by the manufacturer of this machine and they have gone out of business, so this machineis basically useless!
