The software doesn’t work I was so disappointed I end up returning it

This WOWNOVA 2.1" AIO LCD was exactly what I was hoping for. Super easy to install, and once it’s in, it just looks good. It totally adds that extra flair to the build without being overkill. Surprisingly, the software is actually solid. It’s user friendly, doesn’t feel buggy, and made it easy to get the screen customized to your liking. I put a short video in mine and it displays my CPU clock speed. It took literally less than 5 mins to do. If you're looking to add some personality and functionality to your rig, this is a slick upgrade. I’d totally recommend it to any fellow PC builders out there.

Given that numerous people peruse this forum and no one has replied to any of the technical support questions I have come to the conclusion that this company does not support their products and is selling them without any intention of supporting them. This entire post will be placed on all sites where the products are sold and will be posted in both English and Chinese. The product support is abysmal. Let's start with the product itself and its capabilities. The screens look good, have a quality feel to them and display as intended. They are significantly cheaper alternatives to mini HDMI screens and do not impact the GPU in the system which is a major benefit. When the screen works the image is clear and responsive which makes these screens come across as high quality. This is where everything falls apart because in order to take advantage of these beautiful screens you need to install the Turzx USBMonitoR software. Installation is simple and typically finds the screen easily which is great. But the interface is not great and the support for newer versions of Windows is non-existent. Windows 10 technically works but for 11 nope, and for sure the upcoming 12 is not going to happen. Multiple places (reddit, Amazon reviews, and these forums) have called out this issue and no one has responded. Additionally, the program does cause issues with other USB devices, three different screens, on three different systems, with different base hardware and different peripherals all exhibit the same problem. When the software is running, there are constant freezing and disconnection of other USB devices on the PC. The issue appears when using the software for the 2.1" screen, the 5" screen, and the 8.8" screen. However, documenting the issue completely in multiple languages and on multiple sites, the only things that the actual support personal from what I can gather post about is new themes. Very nice product for the price it does phenomenal job. I highly recommend this product for the price and design and super easy to install and use.
