Tolle Peperoncini. Nicht zu ölig eingelegt und vor allem tolle Konsistenz: fein stückig und nicht zu püriert. Geschmacklich pikant aber nicht zu scharf. Ich nutze die Sauce oft als Basis für Pastasaucen.

Per chi ama il piccantissimo non aspettatevi qualcosa alla Carolina Ripper; questo peperoncino però ha si un piccante deciso ma anche un ottimo sapore che trasmette ai cibi in generale. Io lo apprezzo molto proprio per quest'ultima particolarità.
