I originally bought this half-moon knife for meal prep so I could quickly cut cooked meat into bite-size pieces ahead of time instead of having to cut it with every meal. It’s very sharp, easy to use, and easy to clean. I used to use kitchen shears for this, but this knife is much faster and works much better. It makes meal prep a lot easier, especially if you like your meat cut up Chipotle-style. Highly recommended!

This is a great product. I have severe pain in my wrists when I have to cut things. With two handles, I can rock this from side to side without pain. The blade is BERY sharp. It has a cover for the blade when not in use. Grateful to have it.

Perfect addition to our pizza prep tools. The knife is all one unit which makes for an easy to use and wash design. It’s very sharp and csn cut through pizza and chop vegetables with ease. Comes with blade cover.

This is a fun product in that it really works great and helps get things cut up twice as fast. I bought it for my husband and he loves it.

I bought this along with a LLoydpans pan to make Detroit style pizzas. Both items are great, and this does a great job of getting the cut through a very thick, doughy pizza without becoming sloppy. It's nice and sharp, and also works great for cutting a large amount of herbs or (cooked, in my experience) meat. I don't think it would struggle with raw meat, I just didn't use it for that. Not necessarily a problem - and I imagine this is consistent with almost any mezzaluna - but because there are only metal handles, it can get slippery while cleaning. With care, it's a great product and otherwise super easy to use and clean.

I don't need to chop up pizza that often but occasionally we will pick up a frozen pie from the store, slap some pepperoni on it and serve it up for dinner. Of course, while it is still hot we slice it into pieces and everyone grabs one. In the past we used the traditional pizza wheel, running it back and forth until the pie was cut all the way through. Sometimes it also meant that I didn't roll the roller back through the original cut line. Back and forth, back and forth until the pie was cut. I decided I wanted to try something new and different. I saw this model on Amazon and gave it a shot. I "mostly" like it. I feel that it makes much shorter work of the process of cutting up the pizza into slices. The Rocker Cutter is sturdy and should last quite a while. The cutting edge is very sharp. This item is definitely not a toy and something to be respected when handled. It comes with a plastic sheath to protect the blade while it is laying in the drawer. But in reality I feel like that sheath is protecting me so that I don't accidentally cut my hand reaching into that same drawer for something else. My main reason for giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the process for getting the plastic sheath back on the blade is a bit cumbersome. I haven't found a fool-proof system for that yet so I always feel a bit cautious putting the cover back on. It's not a super-fast option. If you do a lot of pizza cutting this is a great option to have laying around. You could cut pies in a jiffy and entertain a bunch of people. Just take your time putting that protective sheath back on and you will be fine.

Absolutely love it. I ordered a different one first - it was a little bit too small and didn’t have a protective sleeve. Got this one tonight and used it tonight on fresh herbs. Works perfect. Clean, dried fresh herbs chopped up perfectly- looking like I just poured them out of a jar. If they are damp you might get mushy chopped herbs. I’m extremely happy it came with a protective sleeve as it is extremely sharp. Cleans up easily with soap and sponge and towel dry. I just gotta figure out how not to slice the sponge 🤣

This is an excellent chopper. Not just for pizza, but for meats, veggies and finely chopped herbs. The blade is very sharp and the handles make it so easy to use. It seems to be of great quality, including the blade cover. I’m very happy with this product. wish I had bought it years ago. I liked it so much that I just ordered a second one that I am planning to give as a Christmas gift. I highly recommend this product.
