Extremely helpful for an athlete who sweats a lot. Really helps with recovery. It’s a little sweeter (but mango yum) than what I would have liked, but usually I only go with half of the provided scoop. It’s more than enough for me (~82 kg, 6.2ft) to get through a 1 hour workout.
