I bought this as I started a new role that had a lot of Teams calls scheduled. This allows me to be totally hands free, and the quality of the sound is excellent at both ends. I see all my colleagues wearing silly headsets, or sounding like they're in a wind tunnel. This works really well.

Recently received the ‘puck’ as I make Teams calls for at least 5hrs each day. Using headphones becomes a little comfortable for that length of time.This little devise is great. It’s a little smaller in design than I realised but provides a very clear speaker and feedback has been positive about microphone quality too. Their are several buttons for quick access to answe/reject a call, vary volume and mute/unmute making it much easier to avoid the old “you’re on mute” line.The only point to call out is that Amazon has the product listed with Bluetooth but this model is wired only - you need to go for the Speak2 55 to gain Bluetooth connectivity. Advert is misleading but can’t seem to find a way to feedback to Amazon! For me personally, this isn’t a game changer and happy to keep the device despite the lack of Bluetooth connection.

Not great when using with other devices, you need to have as mic and speaker, but doesn't work with all apps.

The Jabra Speak2 40 is a compact, portable device. It's easy to transport as it has a soft carry case and the cable can be wrapped around the bottom of the device for safe storage. I've previously used Jabra devices so already had the software installed; it picked it up straight away and i was able to use it in calls. The controls are easy to use, changing volume and muting are just a finger press away and the software responds quickly. Whilst the call quality isn't quite as good as a headset + mic, this device allows other people in the room to hear and respond which is much more convenient on group calls. A great product and definitely one I'd recommend.
