Solid zapper with immediate gratification
This bug zapper works great for keeping pesky mosquitoes and flying insects away, especially in the evenings when we like to sit outside. It was easy to set up right out of the box—just plug it in and it’s ready to go. The light is bright enough to attract bugs but not so bright that it’s annoying when we’re relaxing on the patio. I was surprised at how many insects it caught on the first night alone! The collection tray is easy to remove and clean, which is a big plus. It’s also fairly quiet compared to some others I’ve used—just the occasional little zap sound here and there. BTW, it is so gratifying to hear that sound. I’ve used it both indoors and outdoors, and it performs well in both places. Overall, this is a solid, well-designed bug zapper that actually does what it promises. Perfect for summer evenings or camping trips. Highly recommend!

It works as advertised, killing small insects.
It's easy to use. There's a simple switch on the top which either covers or exposes a photocell. When the photocell is uncovered, the light is only on during the night. It only seems to catch small insects, not the bees, wasps, and flies that bother me in the summer.

Zaps bugs dead quietly
This bug zapper was been working great for me. It's plugged up in my kitchen where there been a bunch of fruit flies. It has a decent length of cord, so I had some choice of where to place it. I heard some zaps at first, but not enough to account for how many dead fruit flies there have been surrounding the zapper. I'm not sure if it's because they are smaller, but not all remain inside the zapper. I happened to leave a couple of paper towels down and I very easily see dozens surrounding the zapper. I've been using it for about 3 weeks. It works better than the ones I bought for other rooms. Now I wish that I had bought multiplies of this while it was on sale. I don't hear it make noise unless it zaps and that's reassuring to me, because then I know it's killing the bugs.

Waste if money.
The product has zero effectiveness. I had a few flies in my apartment and I absolutely hate them. This thing was on day and night but the flies just flew around as usual just as if it was not there. Added to that the device is poorly assembled. It came apart for no reason. I have no choice but to throw it out. Zero stars.

Great zapper
Love this. I use it indoors for those pesky nats that we all get from spring to the late fall from fruits and vegetables. I would definitely recommend buying this. Well built , light weight, doesn’t make any noise unless it’s zapping. I have it set on my counter and it’s the only light at night in the kitchen. Very bright and well worth the money. Great buy. I would buy it again

It KILLS!! That makes me HAPPY!!!
This is one of the best skeeter zappers we have in our war against the BLOODSUCKERS! The important thing to remember is that you need to bring these online EARLY in the season in order to collapse the bug population before it becomes unmanageable due to the rapid expansion. We have ours (more than one) powered up in mid to late APRIL and we see cooked critters within a few days!! In the peak season you need to clean the unit DAILY. It's a necessary step to keep the power grid clean (I use an air compressor) to blow away the crispy carcasses. Needless to say, we like our new zapper!! Five stars!!!
