Charging time Can't get the 4th green light to come on to indicate it is fully charged. Been plugged in for 3 hours! Do you know why? Thanks

Hello! I have this radio 😊. If you charged it for 3 hrs. it will be fully charged, doesn’t even take that long. If the radio is working but the 4th green light just isn’t come on the 4th light probably isn’t working. If the whole radio isn’t working after 3hrs of charging, you have a defective radio or batteries. Hope this helps!😊
