Although I found the item very expensive I had bought one for my daughter and she is petite and has neck problems. She found it very comfortable taking her laptop to work. I bought one for myself and have travelled with it and love it. It is easy to sling onto your back and easy to pick up using the top handles. I particularly liked the water bottle pockets on both sides of the bad, which fit my round Bottle Up water bottles.

This is undoubtedly the most sensible work or travel rucksack that there is. I bought it for my wife who travels on a train and tube to work. The security elements of the bag are excellent in the way that it is difficult for someone to open or steal from the bag without you knowing, the fact you can carry a large laptop, the rfid pocket, the pink inside might look strange but it is an excellent way of seeing what is inside the rucksack. Someone really sat down and had a good long think about the design and they have done an excellent job.

It was my first time to purchase this brand and I received a lot of compliments from it. It is stylish and very spacious inside. I feel so secured whenever I carry on this bag. The price paid is fair enough for the quality received. I am very happy and satisfied. I will definitely buy another Pacsafe bag.

Light, roomy and nice colour. Very practical due to soft texture. Never looks bulky but carries a lot.

I have had this bag for a year now and I really love it. I took on holiday to New York - it made a great carry on bag as it holds loads for its size. It was very comfy to carry all day and was very secure. The pockets on the side fit water bottles or flasks very securely and can be reached easily when it is on your back. I use it as my work bag now too - I travel on public transport and can carry an HP laptop, my lunch and all the other bits and pieces I need for the day. The security features are great - my only gripes are that it is quite difficult to zip when you are standing up due to the metal frame that holds the main compartment open. You really need to lay it down to fasten it, but it is a small gripe. It also gets quite heavy when it is fully loaded but I bought an inexpensive sternum strap for a few pounds and use that when I am carrying a heavier load and that works really well. It is almost perfect and I really recommend!

Everything is great but just to nit pick. Need to press the the opening together or it cannot be zipped.

I just travelled for 4 weeks with this backpack and overall I loved it. What I loved: - It fit absolutely everything I needed, with extra space - a perfectly size bag. I fit an iPad, change of clothes, travel adapter, power cords, Powerbank, noise cancelling headphones (and the huge case), AirPods, first aid kit, toiletries, with leftover room inside. - The material was fantastic, sturdy quality - It felt very comfortable on my back - The front pocket was a great size to keep toiletries, a power cord and pen - easy quick access for airport security - The two bottle compartments on the side were amazing for storing water as well as other drinks or items like an umbrella - two is the way to go! - The slip fit easily over my checked suitcase - The security zips and roo bar were easy to use, but certainly too hard for a pickpocket on a time crunch - a great deterrent. I loved that I could fit a padlock through as well for added protection - The handles at the top were wonderful for attaching items like my travel pillow to, and were also handy for pulling out my bag from under the plane seat. What I didn't love - I feel the wiring at the top which shapes the bag is a waste of space. The design of it looks fantastic, but it feels as if even more could be fit in the bag should it be soft closing with the zips and roobar. However, it did mean my bag was never overstuffed and passed through airline's stingy 'personal items' checks with ease I absolutely recommend this bag for travel - I can't wait to use it again.

VERY roomy but doesn't exceed the under the seat "personal" item limitations on international airlines. Trolley sleeve is a deal breaker and this one is good and wide and sits securely on my carry-on bag. The straps are super comfortable and padded and TWO sleeve pockets on each side is great for my umbrella and waterbottle - no more cramming both into one sleeve. The front pocket is roomy enough for my passport and travel wallet, earplugs, wet wipes & mask (I'll always wear a mask on flights going forward - no more arriving at my holiday destination sick with flu or a cold as had happened so many times before - I think I will thank Covid for this nudge to mask up on flights!) The padded tablet sleeve on the inside is the perfect size for my ipad with room to spare. I pack a change of clothes at the bottom and place my toiletry bag on top for easy removal at security - no more rummaging through my carry-on in a rushed panic for my toiletry/liquids bag. Of course the zippers are secure - as with all my Pac Safe bags but his one, with it's rose gold lining and gold hardware is a total looker - I love the look and feel of the black fabric used for this model - it has a gorgeous sheen that looks more expensive than it was.
